Cranbrook Acres is nestled in a quiet corner of the borough of Dover, with a price range of $112,000 to $185,000. Lancaster Home Builders has a fully furnished decorated model which is open throughout the week. Sales continue to be very brisk, with only 28 lots available for a custom home package. They expect this development to be sold out within a year.

In their newest development, Asbury Point, where they are currently building a model and a spec home, Lancaster Home Builders have 30 custom home sites available as the exclusive builder.
