In 1951, Norman L. Graham started a custom home building business based upon excellence, integrity, and truly personalized service. Norman tailored home designs to meet the individual needs and desires of each client while maintaining superior quality and workmanship, which soon gave him the reputation as one of Lancaster County's finest builders.

Today, nearly 50 years later, styles of homes and building methods have changed dramatically, but Norman's original vision is still being upheld by sons Gerald and Gary who are currently giving leadership to the company. Many builders today discourage customers' individuality by offering only a few model homes and limiting modifications which can be made. Recognizing a continued demand for truly custom homes, Norman L. Graham, Inc. is committed to providing each client with a home that is uniquely theirs.

Norman L. Graham, Inc.'s reputation of consistently providing top quality workmanship and personalized service is due in part to the faithfulness of many long-term employees. In order to assure proper service to each client, Norman L. Graham, Inc. limits construction to about 12 homes per year, most of which are priced in the $200,000 to $400,000 range. As well as building several homes each year on owners' lots throughout the county, the company builds in the following locations: Chestnut Ridge, West Hempfield Twp.; Olde Field, Manheim Twp.; Waterford, East Lampeter Twp.; Hartman Station, East Lampeter Twp.
