Fifteen Year Warranty

Weaver Precast, Inc. warrants its Superior Walls for a period of 15 years from the date of installation. The workmanship and materials furnished will be warranted to be free from structural defects and sidewall ground water penetration and are in accordance with the approved sales contract and shop drawings. The limited warranty is contingent upon all procedures being followed as outlined in the Builder Procedures Booklet and the Homeowners Maintenance Guide.

• This Limited Warranty covers only damage related to structural defects of the installed product and sidewall ground water penetration of the installed product.
• This Limited Warranty will cover only the replacement or repair of those areas of the product found to be defective structurally or where actual sidewall ground water penetration has occurred.
• This Limited Warranty does not cover associated, related, or companion damage(s) relating to any of the foregoing, nor does it include monetary damages.
• This Limited Warranty is limited to cover only actual re-installation and replacement of the above foregoing areas by agents of Weaver Precast, Inc., and will not include reimbursement to persons and/or entities other than approved and authorized agents of Weaver Precast, Inc., for this work.
• This Limited Warranty does include labor, materials, product, and installation costs subject to the above limitations.

All claims made under this Limited Warranty shall be made to Weaver Precast, Inc., within the designated warranty period. The sole remedy to all claimants shall be specifically restricted to those remedies hereinabove delineated as to extent, degree, and method. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including specifically the implied warrantes of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
